For one of our customers, active in the banking sector, we are recruiting a part-time Facility Coordinator (h/f/d).

Missions:

  • Supervise and coordinate various building maintenance in coordination with appointed supplier, including follow up on any deficiencies;
  • Car management. Deliver a seamless service to our sales staff.  Ensuring written processes are updated and respected and provide financial reporting whenever needed. Quarterly meetings with HR;
  • Vendor Management. Assist in ensuring due diligence is done with all vendors according to procurement process. Maintain and deliver appropriate SLA by using KPI techniques to demonstrate achievement of agreed SLAs;
  • Manage new and existing service contracts (including renewals and changes) in the context of compliance, risk, fraud and continuing good value;
  • Invoice management of suppliers using the internal platforms including a clear understanding on how the systems connect;
  • Understanding how Facilities comply with Health & Safety requirement;
  • Understand the Business Disaster Recovery (DR) and assist in DR and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) if/when required. Be available for incidents and events outside of office hours;
  • Project planning of soft and hard facility projects covering topics from work environment improvements to engineering projects;
  • Allocation and utilization of space;
  • Support the local Facility lead during Audit review.

Profile:

  • Graduated in Facilities or maintenance and management building
  • Experience at least 2-3 years in a similar position
  • Communication skills in English (written and verbal) ; being able to communicate in French is an asset
