Our recruitment process :

 


1
st Stage: The Exchange

We meet with you at our offices in Luxembourg-Belair or we come to your home or workplace to complete a personalized recruitment order.

Privilege Services has created a complete, confidential questionnaire which we use to fully assess your needs. We examine every detail of your requirements. The aim of this stage is to completely understand the detailed needs of your family.

 

2nd Stage: Selection of candidates

We select the best candidate among our database who we believe will best suit your requirements.

We meet all the candidates at our offices to discuss their aptitudes and profiles, and we check their references.

 

3rd Stage: The presentation of the candidates

We submit all the information of suitable candidates to you for your approval. The dossier you receive will include :

  • The evaluation sheet of the candidate which will include: driving license, personal car, languages spoken and level, expected salary etc .
  • Up to date C.V.
  • Recent photo
  • Application letter
  • List of references (validated and checked by our team)
  • Latest criminal record check (casier judiciaire)

 

All the candidates are interviewed at least once at our offices in Luxembourg-Belair. There are no exceptions to this rule. This rigorous approach and attention to the slightest detail is why our clients have had confidence in us since 2012 !

 

4th Stage : the final choice

When you have met with some candidates and you have made your choice we undertake all of the administrative tasks for you to start employment of that candidate.

In the event of incompatibility of either party after the start of the contract, we will ensure a re-selection (2 profiles, at no additional cost to you) during 3 months within the contract, however, this is extremely uncommon to happen as we take the greatest care during the whole process.

WE GUARANTEE A DETAILED ANALYSIS OF EACH CANDIDATE. OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO PLACE SOMEONE LONG TERM IN YOUR HOME WHO WILL FIT IN SEEMLESSLY WITH YOUR LIFESTYLE.

The recruitment of home help in Luxembourg by PRIVILEGE SERVICES is charged on a fixed fee basis. Fees are available on request.

Our recruitment service includes a replacement candidate within 3 months if you are not entirely happy with your choice.

As a Luxembourg employer you benefit from tax advantages when employing domestic staff. We will provide you with all the information you may need about this.
